Hey there, and welcome to Nava Living! I’m Shatice—a mother, a dreamer, and a creator with a deep love for mindful, wholesome living. What started as a passion for handcrafted design has blossomed into a journey of herbal wellness, where every blend is crafted with intention, love, and deep-rooted tradition.
As a student of Ayurvedic Wellness, I believe in the power of nature to heal, nourish, and restore balance. Each of my herbal tea blends is thoughtfully curated to bring warmth, comfort, and vitality to your day. But Nava Living is more than tea—it’s a movement of community, mindfulness, and giving back. Through Nourish with Nava Living, we’re partnering with our local Food Bank to share wellness in every way possible, because true nourishment comes from both what we sip and how we uplift others.
